Our flagship Open qPCR machine provides precise, consistent results in the lab and in the field. In traditional labs, researchers can rapidly design, run, and analyze advanced experiments. In the field, its touch-screen and hotspot help it serve as a mobile lab in the most remote test sites. By designing our hardware as a connected, open platform, we enable a wide ecosystem of innovation around our products.

Chai applies the power of molecular diagnostics to real-world applications. By combining our portable qPCR instruments with sophisticated molecular biology, we develop easy-to-use solutions for problems such as COVID surveillance, food & beverage safety, and environmental water quality.

We've achieved recognition and success with craft brewers through product innovation and an unwavering dedication to the success of our customers. We're looking for an experienced brewing professional to continue what weโ€™ve started and take our business to the next level.

Leland Brasher, Head of Sales

๐Ÿ’ฅ What We Need Your Help With:

  • Develop a Strategic Sales Plan to grow the business and increase industry awareness of our products and solutions
  • Perform your own prospecting to supplement provided leads and grow your sales
  • Be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Work closely with our wider sales, support, and applications team to rapidly iterate and improve the customer experience
  • Channel market feedback to product management and R&D to drive product improvement

  • Experience in the brewing industry, preferably in a role as Brewer or Quality Lab
  • A growth mindset and internal motivation to succeed
  • Thorough grasp of customer needs and excellent interpersonal skills
