Mario Alejandro Jaramillo Armas

Mario Alejandro Jaramillo Armas has extensive experience in customer experience and service management. Currently serving as Jefe de experiencia de cliente at Chaide Oficial since July 2023, Mario has held positions such as Consultor en Experiencia del Cliente for Autónomo since January 2018 and Jefe de Experiencia y Servicio al Cliente at Marcimex from February 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing Customer Journey Maps.
