Philip A. Odeen

Philip Odeen joined the Company in 2007 as a Director. Until April 2019, he served on the board of directors of Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Odeen retired as chairman of TRW, Inc. in 2002, which he joined in 1997 when it acquired BDM International, where he served as president and CEO. Before joining BDM, Mr. Odeen was Vice Chairman, Managing Consulting Services at Coopers & Lybrand. Earlier, he served as managing partner of the firm’s public-sector practice. Mr. Odeen also served in senior positions in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the White House National Security Council. Mr. Odeen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of South Dakota. He was a Fulbright Scholar in the United Kingdom and earned a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
