Andrea Sears

Andrea Sears serves as a Senior Legal Expert at Chain IQ Group AG since May 2015, providing legal counsel on Swiss and international contract law, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Prior to this role, Andrea held several positions at Credit Suisse from June 2004 to April 2015, including Senior Legal Counsel specializing in data management and bank-client confidentiality, where Andrea implemented policies, drafted contracts, and led legal projects for the bank. Earlier experience includes law clerk roles at a trial court, public prosecutor's office, and a law firm in Zurich. Andrea holds a lic. iur. in Law from Université de Fribourg, a bar degree obtained in Zug in 2004, and a recent Certificate in Advanced Studies in IT and Law.
