Omer Botvinik

Omer Botvinik has a solid work experience background, starting in 2008 as a Program Manager Intern at Microsoft, where they worked on the performance team for the Microsoft Security Essential product. Omer then moved on to HP Software as an Applications Engineer in the SAAS team.

In 2010, Botvinik joined Altair Semiconductor as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of the LTE protocol stack. Omer eventually became the Embedded Software Team Leader, managing a group of 5 Real-Time Embedded Software Engineers.

Botvinik then joined Sony Semicon (IL) in 2017, initially as an Embedded Software Group Manager, where they founded the iSIM activity within the company and built a mobile software security group. Omer later advanced to become the Embedded Software Director, leading embedded software security R&D activities.

Currently, Botvinik is the Director of Software at Chain Reaction Ltd., where they manage all software development activities and projects of a complex blockchain solution. Omer has established the software in the company and mentors team leaders in their group, as well as other managers in the company. Omer is also responsible for defining the development life cycle for the company.
