Joan Heald

Joan Heald is an accomplished professional with a robust background in sales and software solutions for government agencies and national security. Currently serving as Vice President of IC/DoD Software Solutions at Chainalysis Inc. since October 2022, Joan leads efforts in providing blockchain data solutions to enhance cryptocurrency safety. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of Vice President on the SAP NS2 IC/DoD Sales Team, concentrating on Big Data solutions from March 2017 to October 2022. Joan's extensive experience at Adobe Systems Inc. from 2001 to March 2017 included roles such as Director and Senior Federal Account Manager, focusing on web and data analytic solutions for the public sector. Additionally, Joan began the career as a Federal Account Manager at Canon USA Government Division from November 1988 to March 2001. Joan is an alumnus of Marymount University.
