Marvin Cheese is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Chainalysis since November 2025, Marvin previously held the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations at Highspot from August 2022 to October 2025, where oversight encompassed North America, EMEA, and APAC. Prior roles include Vice President of Recruiting at CLEAR, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at WarnerMedia, and positions at Granular and Facebook, focusing on scaling recruitment efforts during periods of significant growth.
