Erik Diks

Managing Director, Europe at Chainalytics

Erik Diks is Managing Director of Europe, where he is responsible for all sales and delivery of Chainalytics’ end-to-end supply chain consulting services. He brings over 15 years of broad supply chain strategy, supply chain network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning and product and customer portfolio optimization to his work with Chainalytics clients.

Before he joined Chainalytics, Erik was Managing Director with PwC The Netherlands. His supply chain consulting experience includes roles at Deloitte, which he left in 2004 to join Belgian consulting firm S&V Management Consultants, where he grew the firm’s Dutch practice to 10 supply chain management professionals. S&V was subsequently acquired by PwC The Netherlands.

Erik maintains a high-profile academic and industry presence, with articles and posts in publications including International Journal of Production Economics, European Journal of Operational Research, and Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences. He also co-authored a 2013 global study with MIT on supply chain risk management and has authored multiple supply chain management books.

Erik holds doctoral and master’s degrees from the Eindhoven University of Technology and holds certification in areas including Black Belt Six Sigma and SCOR methodology.
