Bart Groosman

Bart Groosman has a wealth of work experience. Bart began their career in 2003 as a Consultant at Accenture, where they supervised and developed teams of up to seven staff members. Bart also lead several projects for different clients, improved administrative processes to be 30% manual to less than 1% manual, and redesigned and implemented processes redesign across Europe. In 2007, they moved on to become a Senior Consultant at Accuracy. In 2009, they became a Senior Business Controller (FP&A) at Eneco, where they were responsible for monthly reporting to the board, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A). Bart also challenged processes and improved efficiency, reducing the time for closing the books with 50% with 25% fewer resources. Bart was also responsible for valuations and project finance of acquisitions and new developments. In 2017, they took on the role of Manager Financial Analysis (FP&A) at New Jersey Resources. In 2019, they became the Finance Lead Porthos CCS at EBN B.V. and, in 2021, they took on the role of Finance Director at ChainCraft B.V.

Bart Groosman attended 't Zwin from 1989 to 1995. Bart then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Bioengineering from Wageningen University & Research from 1995 to 2002. In 2016, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSBA) in Finance, General from Thomas Edison State University, which they completed in 2019.
