Matt Petrovick

Matt Petrovick serves as the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at Chainguard since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was employed at GitLab from June 2019 to March 2025, where responsibilities included managing a team of Strategic and Major Account Executives and leading efforts in technology sales for a unified development platform. Matt's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at IBM from June 2012 to June 2019, where roles included Sr. Enterprise Account Executive focused on Tier 1 accounts and Mid-Atlantic Software Account Executive, emphasizing technology solutions in IoT and cloud services. Early career highlights include founding University Valet Services and serving as an Insurance and Financial Sales Representative at New York Life. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from East Carolina University and an Advanced Sales Leadership degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
