Giovana Totini

Giovana Totini has had an extensive career in human resources and talent management. Giovana is currently the Chief People Officer at Chainlink Labs, a global remote company. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR for Games at Netflix and as the VP and Head of People at Wildlife Studios. Giovana also worked at Uber as an HR Business Partner Leader, where they supported various C-level executives and their organizations. Giovana has also served as an advisor to App DinDin and Pave. Earlier in their career, Giovana held several leadership positions at GE, including Director of Global Talent & Initiatives at GE Corporate, Director of Global Talent Operations Leader at GE Digital, and HR Business Partner roles at GE Oil & Gas and GE Global Research. Giovana has experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR strategy.

Giovana Totini has an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR from Cornell University. Giovana also completed the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) at Crotonville Alumni. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Strategic HR Management Models from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Giovana further gained knowledge and expertise in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Giovana also participated in a program focused on Compensation Committee at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
