Balaji Arumugam

Balaji Arumugam has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as QA Test Lead at Chain-Sys Corporation since August 2014. Prior to this role, Balaji worked as a Service Manager at Sony from August 2011 to July 2014 and began a career in customer support as a Customer Support Engineer at HP from January 2008 to August 2011. Balaji holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Sengunthar Arts & Science College, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same institution, completed in 2004.
