Joe Perez

Joe Perez has extensive experience in supply chain management and retail operations. Joe most recently worked at Chair King Backyard Store as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Demand Planning. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain at Star Furniture. Joe has also worked as a Director of Supply Chain at Hill Country Holdings LLC and Conn's HomePlus. Joe has experience in category planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management. Joe has also worked at IKEA Purchasing Operations and Conn's Inc., where they focused on supply chain management and strategic planning. Earlier in their career, Joe held various roles at Rooms To Go, including Case Goods Buyer, Merchandise Manager, and Retail Sales. Overall, Joe has a strong background in supply chain optimization, team management, and driving operational efficiency.

Joe Perez attended Valencia College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business. After completing their degree at Valencia College, Joe enrolled at the University of Central Florida from 1998 to 2000. While at UCF, they studied Business Management, Business Ethics, and Accounting, ultimately earning a degree in Business.
