Manvi Bhatia (She/Her)

Manvi Bhatia has a diverse work experience. Manvi currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Chakr Innovation, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Junior Engagement Manager from December 2021 to September 2022, and as an Associate from July 2019 to December 2021. Before joining McKinsey, Manvi was elected as the first female General Secretary at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they led the Student Affairs Council and was responsible for all student activities from March 2018 to March 2019. Manvi began their career at Deloitte India (Offices of the US), working as an Associate Solution Advisor from September 2016 to May 2017, and as a Business Risk Analyst from July 2015 to August 2016.

Manvi Bhatia completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Sri Venkateswara College, from 2012 to 2015. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
