LTE has been promoted by the promoters of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, a diverse business group based in South India and having interests in Textile Machinery, Machine Tools, Foundry Castings and Aerospace components.

The company is engaged in the manufacture of precision parts, realization of subassemblies and assemblies, integrated production of subsystems and main systems for Aerospace and other high-end technology oriented sectors. LTE has evolved as a supplier of complete modules and subsystems by excelling the customer requirements for various critical components in high technology domains. Further LTE specializes itself in the manufacture of critical products such as actuators, control valves, sensors and fluid control components.
