Pooja Kulkarni

Pooja Kulkarni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and Communication. Pooja currently works as a People Experience and Culture Lead at Chalhoub Group since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager - HR & Communication at Eirich Transweigh (I), PrivateLimited from August 2019 to April 2022. Pooja also served as a LINC Fellow at LINC Education from December 2017 to April 2022, where they provided assistance to Australian online students and tracked their progress. Additionally, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Husys Consulting Ltd. from April 2018 to August 2019 and as a Deputy Manager HR at Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from June 2014 to November 2017. Pooja's earlier experience includes HR Executive at Petrofac from October 2009 to May 2014, HR Officer at Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. from July 2008 to September 2009, and Management Trainee at the same company from January 2008 to June 2008, where they handled recruitment, exit interviews, and joining formalities.

Pooja Kulkarni is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Human Resources Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) since 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2008. Pooja also holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) from Bhavan's College - University of Mumbai, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
