Sharnali Jani

Sharnali Jani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sharnali started their career as an Admin Assistant to Senior Manager at FedEx Express in 2007. Sharnali then worked as an Office Agent at Tejari in 2008 before joining AIESEC Dubai, where they served as a Team Leader and later as the President. Sharnali briefly worked as a Telemarketer at Gulf Personnel in 2009 before becoming a Design and Marketing Intern at the same company, where they created promotional material and developed branding guidelines.

In 2011, Sharnali joined Chalhoub Group as a Training Coordinator, responsible for logistical coordination and tracking of training programs. Sharnali also worked as a Learning Analyst, providing strategic support, training needs analysis, and designing training content. Sharnali then became a Senior Learning Analyst, where they focused on training analysis, implementation, events, evaluation, and reporting. Sharnali further advanced their career at Chalhoub Group as a Senior Learning and Development Executive, overseeing the coordination and implementation of talent management programs.

Currently, Sharnali Jani is working as the Functional Learning Lead at Chalhoub Group. Sharnali'sresponsibilities include leading the learning strategy for critical job families, offering consultancy services to senior management and business stakeholders, organizing community learning events, and partnering with external vendors and universities for key learning initiatives. Sharnali is also involved in coaching and mentoring programs, leading the Learning Ambassador Program, and partnering on strategic learning initiatives.
