Previously, Tommaso held roles at EssilorLuxottica, managing global digital solutions and leading significant eCommerce migrations, and at Max Mara Fashion Group, where responsibilities included launching multiple eCommerce channels across the APAC region. Educationally, Tommaso has an Executive Master in Innovability® Management and multiple advanced degrees in areas like Digital Marketing and Project Management.
