Wassim Eid

Wassim Eid began their work experience in 1991 as a Personnel Manager at Consolidated Contractors International Company. Wassim then joined Chalhoub Group in 2000, where they served as an HR Manager and C&B Manager until 2008. In 2008, they were promoted to the role of President - People & Culture at Chalhoub Group.

Wassim Eid has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the Lebanese American University, which they completed from 1988 to 1991. Wassim also pursued further education and obtained an EMBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the American University of Beirut from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have completed various training programs and courses. These include a program in Advanced Management from IESE Business School in 2013, a training program on Driving Performance through Talent Management from Harvard Business School in 2014, and an Executive Master Coaching Consulting for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD, which they undertook from 2016 to 2018. Lastly, they completed a program on Leading Digital Business Transformation from IMD in 2018.
