Zaur Shiraliyev has a diverse work experience spanning several reputable companies. Zaur began their career in 1996 at Lufthansa, where they served as a Customer Services Manager, focusing on budget and salary schemes alignment and developing HR recruitment policies. In 2000, they joined Emirates Airline as a Cabin Service Director and Trainer, responsible for induction programs and reinforcing corporate values. Zaur was later promoted to Senior Leadership Trainer, where they contributed to cultural change strategy development and implemented leadership selection and development initiatives. In 2011, Zaur joined 7th Sense Environmental Consultancy & Studies as a Senior Consultant in Management & Training. Since 2013, they have been associated with the Chalhoub Group, starting as the Learning Manager of Chalhoub Retail Academy, then progressing to the Group Learning Manager and Group Head of Learning and Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Learning and Development.
Zaur Shiraliyev obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration from Qafqaz Universiteti in 1999. Zaur then pursued an MBA from the University of Leicester, specializing in Strategic Human Resources, Finance, Growth Strategies, International Marketing, and Change Management from 2007 to 2010. In 2019, they received a Certificate in Service Design from Design Thinkers Academy Amsterdam. Zaur also completed Executive Masters in Change Leadership from HEC Paris and Oxford Saïd Business School, and Executive Masters in Change Leadership from HEC Paris. Furthermore, they hold certifications such as APC certified coach, Insights Discovery Coach and Practitioner Certification, and NLP Coach and Practitioner Certification. In 2022, they became a member of the Association for Coaching and obtained an Australian Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2012.
