Rama I. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were an Exchange Student at Qatar Foundation International. In 2017, they took on a role as a Marketing Trainee at BirHakaya - بيرحكايا, where they worked alongside marketing specialists and graphic designers, producing online and in-person marketing content. In 2018, they became a Translator at Arkan, where they were responsible for website translation. In 2020, they held two roles: an English Translator at Salalem, and a Magazine Content Writer at OFPOISON, where they prepared thoughtful and innovative articles for publication. In 2021, they worked as a Call Center Agent at EverConnect, making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls, as well as an English Second Language Instructor at Al Mughared Group, where they helped beginner and advanced English learners to speak more fluently. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and a Customer Support Manager at ChalkTalk, managing customer relationships and responding to customers promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
