Jon Carpenter

Jon Carpenter is an experienced instructional designer and trainer currently working at the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management since June 2021, where responsibilities include consulting with subject matter experts and developing various training programs and e-learning resources. Previously, Jon served as an E-Learning Coordinator, overseeing mandatory online training programs for DHRM. Additional experience includes roles at Virginia Commonwealth University as an adjunct instructor and adviser for the student-run WVCW Radio, as well as positions in radio broadcasting and promotions spanning over two decades. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
