Colette Stephen Smith

Colette Stephen Smith is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Challenge Manufacturing. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources/Talent Development Manager at LiveGlam and Dhar Mann Studios, respectively. Colette also held the position of Talent Development Manager at Superdry and has extensive experience as a District Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, including an international district management role. Colette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania between 2003 and 2007.
