Lindsay Brown has extensive experience in various leadership roles related to vocational skills, learning and development, and work-based learning. Lindsay is currently working as the Head of Group Skills at Challenge-trg Group, where they operate as a strategic business partner for Vocational Skills and L&D, manages the commercial training provision for short courses and MHE, and oversees the apprenticeship levy strategy. In addition, Lindsay manages the Collaborative Partnership Network, which aims to address candidate shortages and skills gaps through pre-employment initiatives and training pathways for colleagues.
