Stephanie Riederman has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Stephanie co-founded and became a partner at Challenger Brand Group in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Eat the Change from 2020 to 2023, where they served as the Marketing Director. Stephanie was one of the first employees at the company and played a crucial role in building the marketing capabilities and team. Stephanie oversaw all aspects of marketing, including brand development, PR, social media, and digital marketing.

Before joining Eat the Change, Stephanie worked at Honest Tea as an Associate Brand Manager from 2019 to 2020. At Tyson Foods, they also served as an Associate Brand Manager from 2018 to 2019. In this role, Stephanie managed the day-to-day operations and P&L for the State Fair Corn Dog brand. Stephanie developed growth strategies, monitored product quality, and led innovation projects.

Stephanie began their career as a Brand Management Intern at Mead Johnson Nutrition in 2016. Stephanie worked on various projects including creating a volume forecasting plan and evaluating the effectiveness of the company's website through A/B testing. Prior to that, they worked at The Advisory Board Company from 2012 to 2015. In this role, Stephanie served as a Project Manager and later as an Account Management Associate | Consultant. Stephanie was responsible for generating value and ensuring contract renewals for hospital clients.

Stephanie Riederman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Middle East Studies from Columbia University.
