Kirk O'Hara, PsyD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in job search strategy coaching, organizational development, and leadership training. Currently serving as a Job Search Strategy Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since 2015, Kirk assists professionals in creating effective job search plans and enhancing employer compatibility. In addition to running a consulting practice, Kirk has held notable positions including Senior Career Coach at IMPACT Group and Vice President of Consulting Services at Executive Career Services. With a solid academic foundation, including a Doctor of Psychology from Central Michigan University, Kirk has consistently contributed to the fields of executive coaching, team building, and organizational culture assessment throughout a career spanning over three decades.
