Andy Bennett's work experience includes various leadership and management roles in the sports and real estate industries. Andy began their career in 1991 as a Soccer Coach for Bobby Charlton Soccer Schools. Andy later worked as a Director of Coaching and Player Development for Rockdale Youth Soccer Association and as a Regional Director for British Soccer Camps, where they managed the Southeast region and significantly increased annual revenue.

In 2001, Andy joined Georgia Soccer as an Assistant Head Soccer Coach for the Olympic Development Program. Andy later became the East Coast Area Manager for Challenger Sports, overseeing summer camp locations and driving substantial growth in participants and sales.

Andy then held multiple executive positions within Challenger Sports, including Vice President of Challenger World Tours, where they expanded the division's participation and revenue through direct sales and leveraging connections. Andy later served as the Senior Vice President, responsible for redesigning and rebranding the Challenger Club Trainer division into the new Challenger Soccer Academy, resulting in a significant increase in revenue.

Andy joined Sports Management Group (SMG) in 2016 as a Co-Founder and Partner, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives. In 2020, Andy became a Corporate Real Estate Advisor for Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, guiding business leaders, owners, and executives in their real estate strategy and investment sales. Andy also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Realty Connect.

Additionally, Andy served as a Business Director and Instructor for Jinsendo Martial Arts / Edge Movement, delivering training in Shotokan Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Andy is currently a Mentor for Newchip Accelerator and a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, licensed with a focus on leasing, sales, and relocation, primarily in the state of Georgia.

Andy Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Sport and Recreation from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Before that, they attended Crewe and Alsager College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D.) in Business, Sport and Recreation. Prior to their college education, Andy studied Pre Physical Education at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College from 1987 to 1990, focusing on Sports Studies and Sports Coaching. In addition to their formal education, Andy holds several certifications, including a Primal Health Coach (PHC) certification from the Primal Health Coach Institute, obtained in May 2020. Andy also has Black Belt Certifications (2nd Degree) and (1st Degree) from the Japan Karate Association, obtained in November 2015 and April 2013, respectively. Andy obtained a Blue Belt certification from Gracie Jiu Jitsu in December 2017. Andy is also a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, having obtained their license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in October 2005. Furthermore, Andy holds a Premier Diploma (Distinction Pass) from the United Soccer Coaches, which they obtained in May 2001. Andy has a USSF 'A' License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, obtained in January 1998, as well as a USSF 'B' License, obtained in January 1996. Lastly, they obtained a Preliminary Coaching Badge from The Football Association in March 1992.
