Michel Leblanc has extensive experience in leadership and consulting within various sectors. Since January 2009, Michel has served as Président et chef de la direction at Chambre de commerce du Montreal métropolitain. Prior to this role, Michel was Directeur Associé at SECOR from April 2008 to January 2009 and Vice-Président, Affaires publiques et communications at Genome Quebec from October 2006 to April 2008, where responsibilities included governmental relations and public affairs. Michel also held the position of Vice-président, Sciences de la vie at Montreal International from October 2002 to October 2006, focusing on the development of the Montreal life science cluster. Prior consulting experience at SECOR from September 1996 to October 2002 involved strategy and economic development. Michel holds a M. Sc. in Sciences économiques from Université de Montréal and attended Cégep Bois-de-Boulogne.
