Nadia Schaaphok

Nadia Schaaphok is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Membership Operations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since May 2023. Previously, Nadia held multiple roles at Chemonics International from November 2020 to May 2023, including Operations Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary in the Executive Office, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, performance management, and strategic support for senior leadership. Earlier experience includes working as an Operations Coordinator in the Global Health and Supply Chain Office at the International Crisis Group and various internships focused on administrative, logistical support, and research at organizations such as the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Christian Action for Reconciliation and Social Assistance. Nadia holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Foreign Affairs and African-American/Black Studies from the University of Virginia, and has also studied Politics during a fall semester at the University of Surrey.
