Shira Rawlinson

Shira Rawlinson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since July 2021, Shira drives communications priorities and advises C-suite executives on policy articulation and organizational strategy. Previously, Shira was the Executive Director of Communications for the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform, overseeing a team of 15 and managing a $3.3 million budget. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Communications at the Institute for Justice, where Shira led national campaigns and secured significant media coverage, as well as various positions in political communications, including Political and Communications Director for Danny Smith for Delegate. Shira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis.
