Kevin Batteh

Kevin Batteh serves as the Chamber of Digital Commerce’s Chief Policy Advisor and is a partner at Delta Strategy Group. A seasoned financial services lawyer with more than 15 years of futures and swaps regulatory experience, Kevin assists clients across a range of areas including regulatory compliance, enforcement, and policy issues related to domestic and international derivatives and energy markets. In addition to his role with the Chamber, Kevin acts as a senior advisor to a number of blockchains and digital asset technology companies.

Kevin holds his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
