Dr. Ethelind Waithe McGee has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Dr. Ethelind is currently working as a Clinical Coordinator Nurse Educator at Summitridge Hospital. In 2018, they served as a VP Professor at Chamberlain College of Nursing LLC and later became an Adjunct Faculty and Online Nursing Instructor at Ameritech College of Healthcare in 2019. Dr. Ethelind also worked as a Nursing Instructor and Clinical Faculty Instructor at Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University starting in 2017. Dr. Ethelind Waithe McGee DNP MSN Ed BSN RN has a diverse educational background in the field of nursing. Dr. Ethelind started their education journey in 1976 at the Helene School of LPN Nursing, where they earned a Diploma in Nursing. Dr. Ethelind continued their studies at the Helene Fuld College of Nursing from 1979 to 1980, where they achieved an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Motivated to further advance their career, Dr. McGee pursued higher education at South University. From 2013 to 2015, they attended South University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Dr. Ethelind'sstudies at the university continued as they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree specializing in Nurse Education, which they successfully completed from 2015 to 2016.

Undeterred by their accomplishments, Dr. McGee furthered their educational journey by pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from South University. This intensive program spanned from 2017 to 2019.

Overall, Dr. Ethelind Waithe McGee has demonstrated a commitment to lifelong learning in the nursing profession, progressively advancing their education to develop expertise and contribute to the field.
