Marc Talbot currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Success and Commercial Operations at Chambers and Partners, a position held since May 2021, where the focus is on leading customer success initiatives and enhancing customer support functions. Prior to this role, Marc was a Client Services Consultant at STEP CONNECT2 LIMITED, implementing a new CRM system to improve client services. Marc's extensive experience at Acuris spanned over two decades, culminating in the position of Commercial Operations Director, where responsibilities included operational improvements and CRM system enhancements. Additional roles at Acuris encompassed leading global and regional Relationship Management teams across various locations, including the EMEA and the Americas. Marc holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Lincoln.
