William Morgan M.D.

William Morgan, MD, is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in medical leadership and athletic team care. Currently serving at Chambers Medical Group since April 2020, William previously held significant roles including Medical Director at The Fort Myers Men's Clinic, Physician at Health Care Connection of Tampa, and Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery and Chief of Hand Surgery at St. Vincent Medical Center. William's background includes medical oversight for teams like the Worcester Sharks and Worcester Tornadoes as well as a distinguished tenure with the Boston Red Sox as Medical Director and Team Physician. Academically, William earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch and completed a PhD in Cell Biophysics at Baylor College of Medicine, following a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University. Additional roles included leadership in orthopedic surgery at Caritas Christi Health Care and contributions as a professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
