Donna Farrell

Donna Farrell is an experienced professional in customer solutions and business systems, currently serving as the Customer Solutions Director - Government and Head of Corporate Business Systems at Corporate Travel Management AU/NZ since April 2022. Prior to this role, Donna held various positions at QBT Pty Ltd from September 2012 to August 2022, including Head of Corporate Business Systems and Manager of Online & Business Services. Donna also worked at QBT from July 1999 to February 2013, focusing on business systems and analysis. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Product Implementation for Australia Business Travel at Qantas Airways Limited from 2005 to 2007. Donna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of New England and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from La Trobe University.
