Chris Baccus

Chris Baccus, MBA, serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Digital Marketing at UCLA Extension, teaching advanced strategies for executives and professionals. As a Partner at Chameleon Collective and Paid Media Director at The Charles Group, Chris leverages extensive experience in performance marketing. Previously, roles included Vice President of Performance Digital Marketing at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing at Caruso, and Executive Director of Digital Marketing at Golin. Additional experience includes leadership positions at AT&T, Wunderman, and Pfizer, where Chris managed significant digital and social media initiatives, developed marketing strategies, and oversaw innovative projects. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in English from Hillsdale College.
