25+ years experience in the travel, e-commerce, education, and hospitality industries, Rachael spent the first half of her career in marketing and loyalty program management in the travel industry. Having worked with Island Outpost, Air Jamaica Vacations and Sandals Resorts for 15+ years her true passion lies in the hospitality industry but made the switch to project management many years ago to balance her time with family.

For the last 10+ years, she has taken on more project management roles which included human resources, web content development, D2C marketing and operations. This meant tackling a wide variety of initiatives ranging from managing the business operations of an international school to developing marketing initiatives and building out websites.

A life-long learner approach to work, Rachael begins each new project by familiarizing herself with the internal processes, asking questions and determining what she needs to understand about the specifics of each project to support client needs.

Other experience includes database management, event planning and execution, operational support, recruiting, establishing SOPs and workflows.
