Kristen Andersen Ph.D., Cmpp

Kristen Andersen, PhD, CMPP has a strong background in medical and scientific services. Kristen is currently the Senior Vice President of Medical & Scientific Services at Chameleon Communications International. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Scientific Director at MediTech Media from 2019 to 2022. Kristen also has extensive experience at Prescott Medical Communications Group, where they held various positions including Senior Scientific Director, Scientific Director, Associate Scientific Director, Senior Scientific Lead, and Senior Medical Writer. Kristen began their career as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Cardiology at the University of Chicago.

Kristen Andersen, PhD, CMPP has a strong education background spanning multiple disciplines. Kristen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Sociology from Bradley University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they successfully obtained in 1999.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kristen Andersen has also obtained a certification as a Certified Medical Publication Professional™ from the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP) in April 2023.
