Michael Hagger

Michael Hagger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career in 2010 as a Consultant at ECDIS Ltd. In 2010, they also worked in the International Planning department at the UK Ministry of Defence. From 2003 to 2010, they served in the Royal Navy, holding the positions of Surveyor, Meteorologist, and Bridge Watchkeeper. In 2011, they joined Chameleon Communications International and held different roles, including Business Unit Management, Account Manager, Account Director, Business Unit Manager, and UK Performance Director. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the VP of Team Performance & Development. Currently, since August 2019, they are working as the Operations Director at Chameleon Communications International.

Michael Hagger attended Kings Manor from 1993 to 1998 and Godalming Sixth Form College from 1998 to 2000. At the University of Southampton, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, Michael attended the University of Plymouth for a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Meteorology & Oceanography.
