Scott Tekesky

Scott Tekesky has a diverse work experience across various industries. Scott started their career in the US Army, where they served as an Officer Trainee, Platoon Leader, and Assistant Logistics and Sustainment Officer. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, earning recognition for their contributions to the successful completion of deployment operations.

After leaving the military, Scott worked as an Associate and Appliance Department Lead at Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, LLC. Scott then moved on to become the Operations Manager at Pivit Group, where they were responsible for developing and implementing operational processes for a telecommunications sales company.

Scott later joined LMI as a Veteran Outreach Recruiter, working towards improving government management. Scott then became the Operations Lead at Parsons Corporation before taking on the role of Vice President of Operations at ITVet Solutions.

In 2019, Scott joined Team Red, White & Blue as a Program Manager and later became the Area Director, overseeing operations and managing programs.

Most recently, Scott worked at Chameleon Consulting Group LLC as a Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources.

Scott Tekesky received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from George Mason University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended James Madison University from 2006 to 2007, majoring in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
