Annette Santos

Annette Santos currently serves as the Interim Dean of the School of Business and Communication at Chaminade University of Honolulu and holds the position of Dean Emerita at the University of Guam. Additionally, Annette serves as the President of Local First! Guam and owns ATS Resources, offering consulting and facilitation in strategic planning, management, and organizational development. Annette's extensive experience includes prior roles at the University of Guam, where responsibilities spanned Dean, Interim Dean, Associate Professor, and Program Chair for the Professional MBA Program. As a board member of PATA Micronesia and a former board member of the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce, Annette is dedicated to advancing business initiatives and leadership development in the region. Annette earned a DBA in Strategic Management from Alliant International University.
