Justin Arnold, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2018 to 2020. Justin also completed their doctoral studies as a Doctoral Candidate from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a Student and Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Justin'searly work experience includes serving as a Production Lead and Community Educator from 2002 to 2010.

Justin Arnold, PhD, has a comprehensive education background spanning various fields of study. In 2008, they began their education at Muskegon Community College, where they pursued their general education and transfer requirements. Continuing their academic journey, Justin attended Grand Valley State University from 2010 to 2012. Here, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, focusing on Economic Development. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Justin furthered their education at Ferris State University. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science in Career and Technical Education, specifically in the area of Corporate Training. Lastly, Justin attended Western Michigan University from 2013 to 2017, culminating in the achievement of their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Workforce Development.
