Lucia Black is an experienced ESL/Bilingual Teacher at Champaign Unit 4 Schools since August 2013. Previously, Lucia served as an Instructor of French at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2009 to May 2011. Lucia holds a Master of Arts in French Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics with a focus on Romance Languages (French and Italian) from the University of Oregon, accompanied by a certificate in TESOL. Additional academic experience includes studies in French Language and Literature/Italian at Portland State University and foundational education at The Hockaday School.
