Anna Hobbiss

Postdoctoral Researcher at Champalimaud Foundation

Anna Hobbiss is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Scientific Events Co-ordinator at the Champalimaud Foundation since January 2017, where responsibilities include the coordination and implementation of various scientific events. Anna previously completed a PhD at the Champalimaud Neuroscience Programme, focusing on homeostatic plasticity and dendritic spine dynamics between 2010 and 2016. Additionally, Anna was a PhD student at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciencia, teaching key subjects in the first year of the PhD program. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience from the Champalimaud Neuroscience Programme and an MA (hons) Cantab in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
