Magdalena Matyjek

Magdalena Matyjek, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since October 2023 and has also held visiting researcher positions at Dartmouth College and University College London in late 2023 and early 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellow role at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from October 2021 to October 2023, and a Ph.D. student at Humboldt University of Berlin within the Berlin School of Mind and Brain from 2016 to 2022. Magdalena's research experience is supplemented by various roles as a Research Assistant at institutions such as Jagiellonian University and the University of Vienna, focusing on experimental session preparation, EEG data analysis, and participant recruitment across multiple research projects. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Social Neuropsychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from Jagiellonian University, and visiting studies in Cognitive Science and Clinical Neuropsychology at University of Vienna and University of Wollongong, respectively.
