Michael A. Williams

Michael A. Williams, CCEMT-P, serves as the EMS Coordinator at Champion EMS since September 2011, focusing on primary education and overseeing the Emergency Medical Technician Course with a notable 91% success rate in National Registry Testing since its inception in 2014. In addition, Michael holds the position of QA/QI Coordinator, developing clinical standards and quality indicators while providing educational resources as a faculty member for both the American Heart Association and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. Previous experience includes roles such as ACLS National Faculty for the American Heart Association, Training Center Coordinator and Manager of the Medical Simulation Center of East Texas at Good Shepherd Health System, and EMS Director for Hallsville EMS. Michael's early career involved serving as the Lead Paramedic Instructor for the Marshall Fire/EMS Department. Education includes attendance at Kilgore College between 2003 and 2018.
