Denise Modica

Denise Modica has an extensive work history with experience in finance and accounting roles. Denise began their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLC in 1983 before transitioning to a Controller role at Eisinger Kilbane & Associates in 1986. In 1989, they joined Real Property Resources LLC as a CFO and later became the Principal of Modica Financial Services in 1993. Denise then served as the CFO for Surety LLC from 2005 to 2013 and Lansdowne Construction LLC from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are the CFO at Champion Title & Settlements, Inc.

In 1979, Denise Modica began their education at Ferris State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Accounting. Denise successfully completed their studies in 1983, graduating with this degree.
