Courtney Wells possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Champion Home Builders, Inc., where responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for organizational leaders on strategic initiatives, training, development, recruiting, and coaching. Prior experience includes roles at Horizon Global, where Courtney held positions such as Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner, implementing key projects like a new background screening provider and leading a leadership training program. Courtney holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
