Amy Haile Drph

Amy Haile, DrPH, has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on child abuse prevention and early childhood development. Amy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Champions for Children, where they lead a 20+ member Board of Directors and develops financial growth strategies. Prior to their current role, they were an Associate Director at Champions for Children.

Before joining Champions for Children, Dr. Haile worked at the Children's Board of Hillsborough County as a Project Manager for School Readiness. In this role, they led early childhood projects and facilitated the development of a coordinated system for early identification and referral of children at risk. Amy also played a key role in creating a community partnership to ensure access to quality child care for children with special needs.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Haile worked at Operation PAR, a comprehensive substance abuse treatment agency. Amy held various roles, including Director of Pinellas Juvenile Assessment Center and Juvenile TASC Supervisor. In these positions, they led efforts to strengthen the agency's performance measurement system and developed grant proposals.
