Ken Lipinski

Ken Lipinski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience, with a focus on human resources management. Ken most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Champions Group Holdings, overseeing the growth of the company's residential HVAC and Plumbing brands and implementing a training program. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Head of HR at Westcoast Gate & Entry Systems, where they led HR efforts for the company's portfolio of brands. Ken also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems, contributing to the company's expansion through acquisitions. Ken has experience in leadership and support roles at Sparton Corporation, Lonseal Inc., Hoffman Southwest Corp. dba Roto-Rooter, The Shaw Group, TransWestern Publishing, and ServiceCraft Logistics. Throughout their career, Ken has worked on various HR functions such as employee relations, leadership development, recruiting, compliance, and performance management.

Ken Lipinski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree of Arts from Santa Ana College between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, Ken has acquired several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. The SPHR certification was obtained from the HR Certification Institute in 2014, while the SHRM-SCP certification was obtained from SCHRM Certification in 2015. In 2009, Ken also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
